Hey guys in this video we have some 36 An hour International work from home Jobs that you Can apparently get without experience They don't mention experience being Required for these jobs is that a Company called lead simple which is at Leadsimple.com and weedsimple is a sales And operational process automation Company and when you go here you can Find their jobs by going to the bottom Of their website and you will see the Company section just go to careers and You see that they are hiring for a lot Of different positions right now of All Sorts some of these require a bunch of Experience some of these don't obviously Some of these are easier than others I'm Going to focus on the ones that don't Seem to require much experience so the First is something called a customer Success manager this is outside of the US only so they don't really say Anything else other than outside of the US it doesn't say that you can be or you Have to be in you know a group of five Countries or a certain group of time Zones or anything thing like that that I've seen so for this one customer Success manager what you are going to do Is understand the roles of each Department in the customer cycle which Will be sales onboarding support and Product display working knowledge of a
Seamless handoff between sales and Customer success understand customer Needs pain points and motivations for Using product able to identify churn Signals in advance bad customer fit poor Account handoff bad product experience All those types of things develop a Sticky product experience that aligns With customer goals be a part Partner with the customer and tactfully Nudge adoption of advanced features to Help them reach the next level able to Independently Drive expansion and seek Upsell opportunities expansion Revenue Should be visible and measurable by the End of 90 days A Day in the Life is Basically you will manage churn and Increase customer satisfaction Drive Account expansion and increase lifetime Value well yes with the sales team to Understand client needs liaise with the Onboarding team to understand the client Experience bridge the gap between sales Onboarding and support teams ensure Clients get fast time to Value keep Clients engaged and regularly using lead Simple advocate for clients by Connecting their wishes to the larger Strategy and advocate for the company by Getting customers excited about upcoming Product launches and updates perks for This monthly Friday free day company Holidays paid time off monthly Health Care allowance yearly vacation allowance

Marketing specialist you see right here Two plus years in digital or traditional Marketing so For whatever reason they don't seem to Require experience for the customer Success manager however they do put an Emphasis on you know embracing learning New technology learning fast they really Want somebody who can learn how to do Things so maybe they're big on just Training for this position next we have Something that is U.S only so I pretty Much covered the whole world between These two jobs first we had outside the U.S for the customer success manager Than we have in the U.S with the Part-time controller with this Particular job you're going to be doing Accounting and probably spreadsheets and Things like that so this is a job where The first 90 days you'll be doing some Accounting you'll take overall monthly Accounting processes within 30 days Including management of the outsourced Bookkeeper and providing data to Fractional CFO accuracy Implement Controls to ensure the accuracy of Financial data including calculation of Commissions and categorization of Expenses a efficiency analyze the Spending patterns and suggest Opportunities for savings and efficiency Improvements analysis revise and improve The overall company forecast that

It optimistic can do addict attitude Supply your own internet and smartphone Have B2B software as a service Experience preferred but not required so They for whatever reason these two jobs They don't seem to require much to apply Now Um Is this a mistake made by the company Where they just forgot to put stuff on There well why would they why is it that They would not have it on these where They do it on all the others like you Will here's another job you know you Want to see some experience two plus Years uh experience for this one you Know so it's you know Maybe they just train you better for These jobs I'm not really sure but Um it seems like these jobs don't Require a degree don't require Experience and They seem to be solid jobs these are Types of jobs that typically pay pretty Well just on average at different Companies now do they have a lot of Information about weeds simple on Glassdoor yet they don't they have 5 out Of 5 Stars overall from the people who Have reviewed them for the people who Have worked here 100 recommend working Here to a friend 100 approve of the CEO Interview wise they only have like one Person who's left feedback so far they
Basically said uh three out of five Difficulty they had a neutral experience Interviewing here it took three days and It was in February 2023 which literally Must have been very recently Um So they actually reached out to me to Request I apply for the position I apply Through Linkedin as requested And basically that's that's pretty much It they create a video showcasing your Background why you wanted to work for Weed simple looks like you have to do Like a pre-recorded interview video type Of thing some companies uh want those These days but again just not enough Information to uh to gather like what Are they going to ask you in this in the Interview or anything like that but it Does look like they might want maybe a Video of yourself uh talking about your Background and why you want to work for Lead simple so maybe be prepared for That if you interview here now as far as Salary wise we're going to look at some Averages so as far as a customer success Manager they say 94 000 total but if you Look at the additional compensation here It's very high we don't know that you Could get that much compensation it's Not really usually a a commission based Or Performance Based job so I would say It's probably closer to the base pay 70 800 and if you look at uh you know other
Companies some companies pay a lot of Money they pay six figures Plus for Customer success manager jobs so maybe It is a you know potentially six-figure Job but I don't know if I would count on That now a control especially when they Don't mention experience being required Uh controller is typically 149 000 a year 104 500 base pay so Um Another job that's got a really high Base pay this is more you know along the Lines of what I was talking about 75 000 A year or something along those lines From other companies that hire a Controller so as someone who's going to Be doing a lot of accounting related Work and things like that and it doesn't Seem to require much experience like With say you did like zero to one Experience you know it's still still Pretty high paying job 82 000 base pay But Um it's hard to say exactly how much you Get paid but If you take say 75 000 Which is kind of the ballpark estimate I'm going for with these and you divide That by 2080 because you know one of These is part time so you're not going To get that much probably that'd be About 36 dollars per hour I believe These could be probably in a similar Ballpark maybe around 36 dollars per
